Good Housekeeping competition

• Good Housekeeping winner will receive 1 nights stay in a Luxe room (or equivalent room category) for 2 people sharing, inclusive of dinner, overnight stay, breakfast for 2 and a bottle of Lanson champagne on arrival. 
• Dinner allowance is £150 for 2 people – can be used for food and/or drink during meal.
• Heartwood Inns will contact you to arrange overnight stay and dinner reservation. 
• Stay will be subject to availability.
• Travel and parking is not included.
• The lucky winner can choose to stay at any of our pubs with rooms across our Heartwood Inns collection of pubs with rooms.
• No cash alternative.

• 2-4-1 on selected drinks every weekday and Sunday 5-7pm
• Available whilst stocks last

Gift card and e voucher terms for Heartwood Inns

• All Heartwood Inns gift card and e vouchers are valid for 12 months.
• Heartwood Inns gift cards and e vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated Vouchers.
• Heartwood Inns gift cards and e vouchers can be redeemed against food and drink. If redeemed against accommodation, please see below terms.

Heartwood Inns gift card / e vouchers – overnight stays terms

• Heartwood Inn monetary gift cards and e-vouchers can be used in full or part payment of overnight accommodation. Bookings must be made though our telephone central reservations service or via email to the property when making an overnight stay booking. 

• Heartwood Inns gift cards or e vouchers must be declared at point of making your Booking.
• Heartwood Inns gift cards or e vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated Voucher.
• For all room booking terms please visit here as all room booking terms apply.
• Any vouchers that have been lost, stolen or destroyed can be reissued by contacted Head Office providing the voucher is still valid (up to 12 months from purchase date)
• Vouchers are only valid for the dates as stated on them and cannot be used outside of these dates.
• All other terms and conditions remain.

Heartwood Inns ‘Stay voucher’

• A ‘stay voucher’ entitles up to two guests for an overnight stay including breakfast for 2 adults as standard. If you require an upgraded room or any other further additions to be added to your stay, additional rates will apply.
• A ‘stay voucher’ is only valid to be used for the dates as stated on the Voucher and cannot be used outside of these dates.
• A ‘stay voucher’ must be redeemed for the time of the week as specified on the ‘stay voucher’ and are all subject to availability.
• A booking made with a ‘stay voucher’ can be moved up to 72 hours prior to check in and transferred to another date within the voucher expiry date. No cash alternatives or refunds are available.
• When confirming your stay a credit or debit card details will be taken at time of booking to secure your booking.

Heartwood Inns – Sunday Sleepover package

• Sunday Sleepover rates are subject to availability.
• The prices shown includes an overnight stay, a glass of prosecco on arrival, £30 dinner allowance against your evening meals and breakfast for up to 2 adults, based on 2 people sharing.
• Payment is taken in full at time of booking, however full payment will be refunded up to 72 hours prior to check in time to the card holder before date of booking. No cash alternatives.
• If cancelled within the 72 hours prior to check in, payment will be retained.

Heartwood Inns – Everyday Sleepover package

• Everyday Sleepover rates are subject to availability.
• The prices shown includes an overnight stay, a glass of prosecco on arrival, £30 dinner allowance against your evening meals and breakfast for up to 2 adults, based on 2 people sharing.
• Offer only available for bookings until 30th May 2025.
• Payment is taken in full at time of booking, however full payment will be refunded up to 72 hours prior to check in time to the card holder before date of booking. No cash alternatives.
• If cancelled within the 72 hours prior to check in, payment will be retained.

Mr & Mrs Smith complimentary G&T

• Enjoy up to two signature G&Ts on the house as an added perk of staying via Mr & Mrs Smith
• Simply bring the two bottles of tonic plus the QR codes down to the bar to redeem your drink(s) on the house – we will discard the code once you have received your drinks 
• Enjoy a signature G&T, non alcoholic or a tonic with ice 
• Offer is for up to 2 adults only (if you are lucky enough to look underage, please don’t be offended if we ask for proof of age)
• No drink alternatives available 
• Stand alone promotion – no food is required to redeem the offer 
• Available 7 days a week, any time of day including bank holidays 
• Must be redeemed during your stay

Birthday fizz

• Available for all members of our database
• Birthday Prosecco can be claimed from two weeks before your birthday, up to 2 weeks thereafter when you and your party dine from our à la carte menu or specials board.
• Order must include a least one main course per person.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with the set menu, Sunday lunch, Private Dining menus, Christmas menu or with any other offer.

Sign up

• Over 18s are eligible to sign up
• Please all terms stated at top of page that explain all conditions that come the the existing sign up offer as these will apply and change from time to time.

Steak Night

• From 5pm, Monday-Wednesday, for every two steaks you order, you will receive a bottle of house wine on the house.
• Availability whilst stocks last.
• No QR code is required to redeem offer.

By entering any competition via any of the above platforms you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. It is a condition that in entering, participants and winners agree to all terms and conditions stated. Good luck!

Heartwood Inns employees and friends & family are not permitted to enter these competitions.
Heartwood Inns reserves the right to cancel or modify the competitions, including these Terms and Conditions.
All competitions are only open to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at time of submission. Normal licensing laws apply. You will be required to provide a copy of your ID in order to receive your prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other substitutes or cash value each prize must be taken as stated or, if the prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute.

Social Media Competition T&Cs

• One winner will be chosen per competition from the pool of all entries received across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram).
• Winners will be contacted directly via the platform they entered. Winners must respond to this contact within 7 days, otherwise the prize may be revoked.
• Limit of one entry submitted per entrant per social media channel (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) during the entry period.
• If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be accepted and additional entries will be disqualified unless specified.
• Competitions are not in any way affiliated with or endorsed or sponsored by, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
