Enjoy a feast fit for a poet with our dedicated 3 course set menu, or you can mix and match with dishes from our à la carte menu, which will also be served throughout the day.

- Welcome Cocktail: Kick off the evening with a Glenfiddich 15YO Buck cocktail.
- Cullen Skink: smoked haddock, lemon, croutons, smoked paprika oil, parsley
- Haggis Wellington: truffle mousseline, roasted swede, braised leeks & pickled girolles, lamb jus
- Raspberry Cranachan: fresh raspberries & coulis, pistachio, hazelnut & maple crumble, whisky cream
- A Dram to Finish: End on a highland note with a complimentary dram of Glenfiddich 15YO to warm your heart and your stomach.
Priced at £46 at The Quill & Scholar in Lichfield, The Britannia in Parkstone, The King’s Arms in Prestbury, The Oaks in Highcliffe and The Black Swan in Henley-in-Arden; available at £47 across all other Heartwood Inns. Immerse yourself in the richness of Scottish heritage with live performances from 7.30pm and Burns poetry readings.
From 8pm-10.30pm, the evening will be accompanied by a relaxed performance of traditional Scottish melodies on fiddle, mandolin, bouzouki, and cello, played by musicians from acts such as Garefowl, the Wanton String Band, and Band of Burns.
