Start things off with our soy-glazed mackerel and a zesty fennel & roquette salad – light and sure to make waves. For the main event, our slow-cooked Provençal lamb shoulder roulade is pure joy: melt-in-the-mouth tender, with Jersey Royals, summer veg and rich lamb jus.
And for the grand finale? Our tropical coconut sticky rice is a real summer treat, served with mango sorbet, passionfruit salad and a crisp coconut tuile – guaranteed to rice to the occasion.
