Our table…
When it comes to food, we are firmly of the opinion that if our food is good enough for our guests, it’s good enough for our staff. Our team set to work to create a staff food offering that would knock the socks off anything they have experienced before now which is why we introduced, Our Table. The team sets a table in the brasserie as they would a guest and come to sit down together to eat a warm and nutritious meal that the kitchen has prepared. The menu comprises 16 dishes with 14 of them being vegan with meat or fish supplements available, they are a true representation of our rich culture that makes up our teams along with our understanding of preferences and allergens.
